About the Summit
The only one of its kind, designed for and by DEI leaders, The 2023 DEI Summit is an annual convergence of influential voices, groundbreaking thinkers, and innovative leaders from various industries. This year’s summit is taking place November 1-3, 2023, both virtually and in Atlanta, GA at presenting sponsor Insight Global’s Headquarters.
By amplifying diverse perspectives, igniting dialogue, and nurturing an inclusive environment, we will shape a future where equity and inclusion flourish in every facet of society during these three days of purposeful programming. With the simple intent to replenish the mental fortitude and resilience of DEI leaders, The DEI Collective (commonly referred to as The Collective) launched in May 2021 in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. Today, with over 150 DEI passionates, practitioners, and problem solvers from all major industries, The Collective leverages its collaborative impact to shape a more just world.
The Collective convenes monthly around key opportunities, tangible solutions, shared practices, and peer support that results in systemic change. The DEI Collective also curates summits and experiences that sit at the intersection of culture and creativity to provide an activation platform for change makers seeking to advance more diverse, inclusive, and equitable outcomes.
